TJ Hughes – Church Street, Liverpool, store opening

TJ Hughes, the Liverpool-based retail group, contracted the PPL Group to provide signage for their relocation to the new Church Street store.

The brief: to produce and install internal and external retail brand signage including point-of-sale materials and wayfinding messaging across the 70,000 sq. ft. store.

Our work: Following TJ Hughes’ specifications, our team visited the site and recommended solutions, mocked up concepts for approval,  advised on materials, and once agreed provided final artwork for signoff.  The signage was created using state-of-the-art large format printers and Zund cutting machines for precise fabrication.

Outcome: On 21st September 2023, TJ Hughes’ Liverpool store opened its doors in Church Street.  The PPL team ensured the signage & point of sale material was installed on time and helped to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
