🌟 The PPL Group, last week celebrated the end of working summer events, with a fun-filled Friday! BBQ, a football goal challenge, a quiz set by the Epsom Office, and an epic Cornhole battle ensued. Who knew a simple game could be so intense? 😄

Together, we raised an amazing £300 for Macmillan Cancer Support via JustGiving! 💚

After an extremely busy summer of events that spanned the whole of the country and often saw the team running multiple events on the same day, the core Liverpool-based team, were all back onsite at the same time for over six months, and what better way to celebrate than with an afternoon of team fun, food, and drink?

Key members of the team used their skills, in design and print to create activities including:

Beat The Gaffa! Football Skill Game, which featured an illustrated image of Carl Biggs a director at the PPL Group.

Cornhole, 2 boards set up with printed rules and multi-coloured sandbags; this simple game proved to be the most competitive and produced many tense head-to-head matches right through to the knockout rounds.

The Quiz, set by a colleague in the Epsom Office, proved to be for most extremely challenging! The level of difficulty was rather high for any non-regular pub quiz goers.

Alongside the fun game, eating and drinking was the more serious task of fundraising and our small team stepped up to the challenge with donations totalling £300 by the end of the day.
