England Rugby – Programmes

Working closely with the RFU communications & branding teams, we create a visual style for the programme each season that reflects the England Rugby core branding values, projecting the excitement of the occasion, the teams, and the sport of rugby.

The programme is illustrated with exciting action photography to enhance the readership and add impact to the features.  The features and editorial content are agreed upon in advance and leading rugby writers are contracted to write the features.

Our in-house sales team organise the sales operation, liaising with the RFU’s stakeholders including Twickenham Experience for hospitality and England Rugby Retail to ensure a smooth-running sales operation, there are approximately 20 sales location located inside and outside of the ticketed area, the sales team is staggered with external locations starting to sell before gates opening.  We also on behalf of Fanatics, England Rugby retail partner, sell match day friendship scarves alongside the programme.

The programmes are sold via branded sales booths, and the England Rugby Store and made available to buy worldwide via our Online Store

As the stadium is cashless, PDQs were used throughout.

Our printer partner is provided with a delivery schedule and was asked to label each box by name and destination at Twickenham and if required, off-site to outlets hosting hospitality parties.  Programmes are delivered early morning of a match day and delivered to all retail, hospitality and other locations.
